Looking for a shift knob w/button that will fit my Pro 5.0

all the stock and aftermarket shifters for the T-56 have a metric shift stick: 16mmx1.50". I'm looking for a T-handle shifter with button and can't find one with the correct threads for our cars. The B&M+Hurst ones are all standard sizes. Does anyone know where I could find one *OR* find a short stick to bolt on to my shifter that will still work correctly and have standard threads to fit the aftermarket T Handles?
