I did pay someone else to do my clutch/slave/master replacement on the old SS. I didn't feel like I had the means to do the work myself in a timely manner, and I (barely) had the funds to pay someone else for the trouble.
That car of yours is still super clean, and I hope you get every penny of the asking price.

Thanks Terry, I'm hoping I do too. I think it's a fair price for the car.

It looks like I have the car sold for $7,800. I should be meeting the buyer Saturday to do the deal. This is bittersweet for sure.

Congrats on the price point, and I'm sorry for your loss at the same time. I know the feeling

Thanks Jeff. I'm confident I sold it to a good guy who will take care of the car.

Finding someone who will take care of a car like we do is tough - probably one of the reasons I hang on to everything. At least you have some peace of mind knowing it will be loved in its new home.

Agreed and I assume it will be loved in it's new home. He seemed like a guy who will take care of the car.
