    1996 Firebird Formula

    Interior Piece...where can I find it.

    I'm looking for the plastic piece that the boot clip snaps into. I believe GM calls it a plate. This plate then snaps into the console. The local dealer here said the part has been discontinued. The part number he showed for it was #10228264. Does anyone know where I could look to try to find this??

    Oh yeah its for a 95 Camaro Z28 with 6-speed.

    otherwise go to www.nationwidegmparts.com On their home screen in the middle is a spot to search by GM part number. When I put the one in that you have it shows the part you're looking for. It appears it is in stock with these guys. I didn't call but you can. Hope this gets you fixed up.
