The exhaust pipe rubbing against the underbelly would be my guess.

That doesn't matter. The pipe could have slowly moved a bit over time and has just now started to rub against the underbelly. My ORY sometimes rubs against the bottom when i'm driving and I hear and feel it.

    UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!
so my friend came over and we were poking at everything seeing if the noise would stop. then he was like try revving the enigne a little, so i did and a chunk of something flew out of my exhaust!(see picture) is this piece important and what is it? i guess it was just rattling around in my exhaust pipe.

oh ya and after that flew out i started it up again and it wasnt making the noise so that chunk is what was making the noise.

ok thats what i thought. its not metal it almost feels like wood. it was actually kinda funny how it shot out. but its it bad that a chunk of the inside of a cataitic converter came out??

Usually means the cat is bad. Could be more of it inside your muffler, or lodged in your pipes. Not good..
