White- 09 G8 GT
That's insane...I love it. Now, I'm a newb at v8's so I'm just curious, is it easier/cheaper to swap a 427 into this car than make the same power w/ the ls1? I mean obv the ls7 is a monster, but on gmpartsdirect its over ten g's...even without FI its possible to get an ls1 'maro into the 11's isn't it?

Why would someone build a car like that and sell it? No way he will ever come close to getting what he has in it.

Yeah I bet he's tired of it. Or he's in money trouble, or wants an 09 ZR1 or something.......he's def losing money, I mean cars are almost never an investment unless you buy all your mods used, to save $$ on retail prices, and know how to install everything including bodywork. Then maybe you'll sell for a profit. But yes sweet car.

I've got a friend that does this exact thing. He'll gut a car and rebuild it with every part I ever dreamed of. Even replaces the rear ends. If he starts talking about what is in it it's a high performance parts catalog. I'm always broke but he'll come by and say, "I'm selling it for 10g." Then I start to think about it. I don't know enough to fix it myself. If I had to replace something I wouldn't even know where to go. I can hear the guy at FireStone right now, "We can't touch this it aint stock!" The guys down the street from them would just be scratching their heads. I live in Indiana though I get the, "Hell I don't know boy it's still running just take it on the down road." Some people just love projects.
