    How Rare????

Last Saturday i added an 02 Z28 M6 to my collection. It has no power options at all, no power windows, locks, seat, or cruise control. I have heard these cars existed but never ran across one. I am just wondering how rare they really are.

One of my closest friends has the same thing, an '02 M6 Z28, no power, no options at all except leather seats. They are much rarer than the typical Camaro but not so rare that they have extra value.

Someone that wants speed more then convenience...having no power options and doing some slight weight reduction even with a stock motor would make a huge difference. I've heard the fastest stock 4th gens are stripper Z's.

This car doesnt even have leather seats.

    I have a 69 Camaro with a 327 all original numbers matching car. Also a 2000 z28 m6 with a few bolt ons.

What's the build date on the 69? Is it a Van Nuys or Norwood car? Also, are you aware of the CRG? They have a database of 1st gens only. If you haven't already you should submit the info on yours. Link to CRG: http://www.camaros.org/

Hope you don't mind mods, but I'm a 1st gen freak too.

I have a 98 SS w/ the only options being the SS package and the no-cost M6. No power anything or defroster or even rear hatch popper.

strange? stripper is the only way to go if you want a car that is cheaper (extra money was spent on cam, LT's etc), lighter, and a lot less $ to fix over the years. it is only driven few times a week so I wanted it basic and simple. 9 yrs old and only 19,000 miles on it so far.
