How Much HP for these mods?
I just installed the following on my '02 Z28 6M; SLP Flo-Pac, 160 stat, BBK headers, new plugs, Centerforce Dual Friction, SFC, tower brace, LCA, Panhard, and Torque Arm. I had it tuned w/Crane PowerMax tuner. Two pulls on the dyno netted 336 hp 373 tq? I was expecting more. Any thoughts?

Think you are where you should be
i would ditch the handheld tuner and go with a mail order tune though

Why do you think you should be making more power? The only power mods in there are BBK headers, flo pac and crappy handheld tuner. Those are good numbers for the mods.

BBK headers is like what 5 rwhp over stock manifolds? Flow pack is another 10-15 rwhp and the handheld tuner is probably 5-10 rwhp.

Thanks to all that have responded. I feel better about the dyno results, I guess I was taken in by the hp gains that SLP, Crane and BBK advertised about hp gains. I've read that Frost provides a good tune.

Its a lid but it comes with a little tunnel or "cold air intake"
It just forces air into it, it also comes with the smooth bellow
Main thing thats important is the lid and filter
You could go by with the free ram air mod just fine
SLP lid, amsoil EA filter, Free ram air mod and you should be good

Surprised no one asked. I assume this to be on a DYNO Jet and not a mustang DYNO?

After Modification issues
After installing the following; 02 Z28 6M; SLP Flo-Pac, 160 stat, BBK headers, new plugs, Centerforce Dual Friction, SFC, tower brace, LCA, Panhard, and Torque Arm. I had it tuned w/Crane PowerMax tuner, 2 issues have surfaced as a result. I have vibration at idle from what appears to come from the right header. My check engine light has come on. Any ideas on fixes?

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
The rear O2 sensors only measure cat efficency and are not required to run the ECM. You probably have the SES light due to the missing rear O2 sensors. You need to either program them out with a proper tuner (handhelds aren't what you want to use) or go with O2 sims.
IMHO, have the rear O2's turned off and/or run a diagnostic check (have the code read) to see what the SES light came on for. My $$$'s on the deleted cats and missing O2 sensors.
A "vibration" is a pretty amorphous descripition. Can you better explain what the car or engine is doing?
