this is my current car. These started when i was 17, i also had roadrunners, dusters, trans ams, chargers. I guess that perf. cars are my hobby and i have a book with pictures of most of the cars, just to reflect on when i'm drooling in the nursing home. I intend to have a perf. car as long as i am able to drive, can't imagine when the time comes when i won't be able to have one of these cars. I think a lot of us in here think the same way, we're true gear heads

    2000 SS Black M6

first was my 95 V6...did a lot of work on that car, some of you may remember my threads.

only pic i have off hand is the one when i wrecked it.

it wasnt necessarily totaled, but i didnt have the money to fix it, so i sold it wrecked.

8 months later i got a 2001 V6 M5 my dad gave me, just sold it last week, this car was also in bad shape when i got it...fixed it up a little.

    lastly i have my 2000 SS M6

This is why I now have my Camaro SS, you can see position of van, tried to turn in front of me while I was going up a hill, blind spot for me and she didn't yield while I was driving straight. Bam hit the van and it pushed the van into that Chrystler Pacifica.

Thanks, I love the SS a lot too, my Z28 has been in the family since it was brand spanking new in 1998 when my dad bought it. It was the only one of a few in Alabama for a short period of time because GM went on strike and no shipment of V8 Camaro's were sent in to the dealerships for the time in early 98. So the car had some history behind it and sentimental value to me. My Z28 was also my graduation present as well. But I do agree the SS is much nicer, faster but it can't replace the years of being around the car I loved so much . I don't love my SS any less though. So creating new years of memories with this car is the future. Can't dwell on the past.

    Sadly now demodded :(

The Camaro's I posted didn't include the 3 Chevelle's, 2 Mustangs, 3 Mopars (1 Baracuda and 2 Chargers), and various other cars I've owned through the years...

Is'nt ironic that it always seems to be some piece of shit ride that wrecks into our cars?
