Can't adjust anything with a scanner... You need / or someone with, HP Tuners software. Then you can scan & retune. You can even email your tunes. I'd love to see it !

All I can tell you is.
The TPS was on the car when he dropped it off. And that everything is NEW and stock. The PVC system is just like it would be on a Camaro.
If the TPS was bad or if there was something wrong with it. Would it show some kind of code. I have a MAC scan tool now. And looked for any codes today. There is NO codes.
This engine was bought way back in 2000. He has had two other shops working on this car. And the first one is who bought all the engine stuff.
BUT it has never been down the road.

If there was a vacuum leak somewhere. I would NOT think it would idle down like it does. When I have the IACV unpluged.

I do not think there is any vacuum leaks. It runs to good when I have the IACV unpluged. I can get it to idle as low as 450rpm's. It will not idle this low unless the engine is warm. And with it unpluged it will rev great. Its just when I plug it back in. It take off up to a high idle. 2100rpm's!
