Yeah, spintech sounds good, its louder than magnaflow but quieter than the Loudmouth. Im glad it at least had headers, cause now for 450 (Y pipe the shop is making me) I have a working exhaust. Got a brand new centerforce clutch for 250$ off of ls1tech, Im trying to keep it cheap cause I gotta buy an AC for my house.

Good deal on the clutch too. And I know what you mean about house stuff. Still can't get my power steering fixed due to some A/C issues of my own... R-22 ain't cheap, and neither is getting it put in.

Oh it sucks. Im out 3600$ for a new system. The old one isnt big enough to cool the whole house, so im just gonna replace it.

I knew I was gonna need a new one eventually. Fortunately my wife is deployed overseas and we can actually afford it.

And Thanks!!!! I got a helluva deal on it.
I'm sorry BUT THAT IS NOT A mustang. I have a 65 mustang, the back quarter window is too square for any year model 64 1/2 to present. And the side scoops are all wrong, there shouldn't be a raised lip on the trunk. Nope isn't a Mustang. But I am curious to what that car is.

Congrats on the Camaro, hope you enjoy it.

I don't know that much about older fords. Are those on the same chassis as a mustang?

I think the Comet came in the 70s and I think it was under the the Mustang II? Not sure, the Falcon I think is what the Mustang was based off from.

Actually outside of Wellsboro, PA I saw a beautiful Mustang II. Granted I find them UGLY as hell compared to the 60s or my fav, the 71 but the body and under side from what I could see was nice.

A friend of mines father has had one of those Mustang II Cobra versions since the 70s. White with blue stripes........god I hate that car.

On Goats they sound Badass. Ive never heard one in person on an LS1 with a Y pipe configuration. Ive had Magnaflow on almost every car except my first one I had Flowmaster.

There is a cammed TA soundbite on LS1sounds, that's what I listened to.

I was listening on youtube to the GTO with spintech. Ill check that one out. Its a H/C 383, nothing on earth could make it sound bad except for the SLP.

My plan, after I get all the cosmetic and smaller things taken care of is to slap a blower on this bad boy. It has an eagle stroker kit with forged internals, and the drivetrain is already built to hold it so why the hell not? Its what I was gonna do to my trans am before I had to sell it.

That would be fun. Just make sure and get it tuned well when you get the blower on. What grind cam is in it, do you know? And I know nothing about compression ratios on stroker motors, wonder if it's higher, lower or about the same...
