First drive of the season...
With the Faranheit scale tipping just above 60*, it was time to unleash the fury that is my Camaro from the garage. And of course, this is the first year I have had a hiccup when trying to take it for a drive. Had to jump the POS "diehard" battery...and could barely keep the bastard running. (Diehard my ass.... Bruce Willis would be pissed!) Got it up to my dealer, almost stalling at every stop, and slapped in a Delco battery and now it's running beautifully! Drove it around all night, and even got a race or 2 in before I tucked it in for the evening. Mr. 08 GT mustang and Mr. 3series BMW..... we hardley knew yee!
I'm definitely looking forward to a season of driving and this was kinda like a teaser trailor of what will come. Just had to post this, I am still excited from yesterday... you would be too if you lived in this oh so lovely MI weather....
This year will be that much more fun too with the addition of the 9bolt and LS7 clutch to my arsenal! Happy driving to all!

I can't imagine living up north and having to garage a vehicle for several months. Hell, think we may have had a dozen days this year it dropped just a tad below freezing. Congrats on getting to take her out for a spin!

You're the southerner calling me the hillbilly!!! Damn rednecks! Get it straight which side of the Mason-Dixon you are really on!
I had fun... I could have taken her out today but it seemed like a lot of work just to put it away again probably for atleast another week, so I let her rest a little bit. Next time I take her out it will be right to my dealership for the 9bolt install!!!

hell yes, I took the day off of work yesterday so I could get some drive time in, 62 deg and sunny, almost took out the t-tops as well, best part was when I put it back in the garage, the UPS man dropped off my brand new set of Kooks Headers and ORY.

Yup, put on about 90 miles, I bought the car last november so I only got to drive it for about 3 days before it snowed so I have been going crazy waiting for it to be nice outside.
