I couldn't believe how cool that thing looked. I love the rear spoiler, the hood, and the factory "body kit"

I still like the SS's but the ws6 just has a bigger "wow" factor.

This is true the ss is sweet but just to plain compared to the TA!!!!

so much hating on our kin. whats the deal???
i have a z28. it looks muscular. the ss looks really muscular.
But the trans am makes me nervous.
the day some of you see a blacker than black ls2 stroker (408) completely built to the t with with a 200 shot of nitrous hit it from about 20 and lift the front wheels than you will know what i mean.
this is the trans am i saw on the highway racing another trans am with a 455.
    RIDICULIOUS!!!!!
but the point is that we are all fellow f-bodiers so who gives a shit either way, just make sure you get one.

the t/a is expected to be mean as hell. The SS and z28 is not. They both are though.

i think the z28 is more accessible because it doesnt have as radical styling as the trans am. i rode along side a 65 year old woman in a nbm z the other day and she looked at home in that beauty. now thats accessibility!
Trans ams are more radical but i have seen some ss that look down right nasty with a 1.5 inch drop and the right wheels. color also comes into play. for the trans am, i think black is the mecca but in an ss imo the pewter paint is something to blow a load over. and it looks good with chrome wheels, black wheels, grey wheels, etc. Just look at y2kpewter's. now who wants to blow a load?

If it was a 408...it was an LQ9.
If it was an LS2...it was a 402.

    No worries.
    Just letting you know.

But yeah...my car is already good for upper 10's at sea level...that is plenty fast for me.
Motor would take well to some juice, but it doesn't need it.
