It's actually hard to recall, i think i crashed it like a year ago this week...and also the iroc was an auto and my ss is M6 but id say its a very noticible difference.. i think the iroc specs were somwheres around 225hp 330 ft tq as to the ss which is rated at 325 with 345 ft tq which ive heard is under rated... so it was harder to get traction in the iroc... when the ss hooks u feel it and its great.. id say its alot faster

Thanks guys,
Yeah deff plan on playing it a lot safer with this one. It was a very expensive, very unejoyable lesson learned. I was lucky i wasnt hurt or hurt anyone else. Took a whole year of hard work to save and buy this one so Ill deff do my best to maintain and deff enjoy the hell out of it as well.

Black SS SLP#8834- 2002 35th Anniversary LS1
Congrats on the Camaro SS find! Sure looks good to see you're taking care of it by a basic wash. I'm sure you know you'll be going a lot faster than you did previously with the 3rd Gen Camaro.
Is it an auto or stick ?

its an M6
yes.. black is deff hard to keep clean in jersey.. with the dust, pollen, and all different weather.. i dont have a garage so i gotta do what i can with a driveway and a car cover..
yeah as for going faster. thats for sure but whether or not its a good thing... thats yet to be determined
haha but thanks again

I've had my share of nasty wrecks, so I know how it feels. Glad you pulled through it okay and congrats on the nice Camaro!

Very nice SS... First words of advice.. Dont wash a black car in the sun if it all possible. Heck dont wash any car in the sun. And if possible dont detail it in the sun. This may not be possible for you.

Red- 2000 SS '89 IROC-Z
Nice man, I was in your shoes about a year ago. I kind of miss my IROC though.
Not really the car too much, compared to the SS, but the memories were nice.
