Fan Relays
When you turn the A/C on, take a look under the car and see if both fans are functional. I had this problem myself, and come to find out only one fan was running. When the car is at normal operating temp, both fans should be running at low speed. when the temp exceeds normal threshold, both fans should operate at high speed. If only one fan is running, check the relays in the fuse panel under the hood. The unmarked relay is the one that signals both fans to run at high speed; the other two (closest to the left, if you're looking at it from the front of the car) control each individual fan. These relays are cheap, and a lot easier to replace than fan motors. I hope this helps....

after you check your fans for operation try disconnecting the coolant hose that connects to the tb from the cylinder head let it run till you get a steady stream of coolant coming out, it sounds like you got some air pocket stuck in their, good luck.
