it threw a OBDII code for mas air flow sensor and Skip shift 1-4 solenoid

OBD II code translations:
P0102*: Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
P0803*:* 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Circuit Malfunction
is the P0803 code telling me that my solenoid on my transmission is malfuncioning or is it my skip shift eliminator that is malfuncioning, also does the P0102 code tell me that i need a new MAF sensor?

check connection for skip eliminator...try cleaning MAF for the other code
