Drivers side seat belt

Does anyone know how get the cover off. Drivers seat belt botton where it connects to the floor. How the hell do you get that cover off. So I can get to the bolt that holds the belt to the floor. Thanks in advance....

I thought it just popped or slid off...I may be mistaken.

Saggin...There is a boot that covers the bottom. On that boot there is a disc
that looks like you can just unscrew. Well that disc just turns and turns but doesn't come off.

What happend is the seat belt guide broke. It's located on the side of the seat. I have a new one but it is all one piece. So you have to take the seat belt loose from the floor ( I guess ) and slide the guide on. Well I have two words for that.Gorilla Glue...I cut a slot in the broken one. Glue it together and it's back on the seat...I'll deal with replacing it in better weather..

You were on the right track. The cover with the philips type head on it does turn but you need to pull up on one corner and turn until the corner with a relief in it starts to protrude through the hole. Keep turning and the cover will basically unscrew out of the hole exposing the bolt to the floor. Putting the cover back on is a lot easier. Hope this helps.
