    Question Decisions Decisions

    I've been thinking seriously about swapping an LS2/L92 head package into my 97 'SS. The car is pretty much perfect, runs perfect, 48k miles and all the goodies in my sig. Trouble is it's a pretty rare SS and I'm not sure if it would lessen the value. I don't ever plan on selling it but who knows. Maybe I should just leave the LT1 in it and add heads/cam etc; Ijust don't like the opti design.
    Maybe I should put an LS2 in the 99z instead...

    Opinions?

    I dont think I would mess with it. There are a lot of fast LT1s out there. And its an SS. It would cost you less to just buy an LS1 car and tinker than to do the swap and you havent molested a nice low mile SS any more.
