dash question

There is a 2002 ss le camaro for sale on e bay. Its being sold by Montrose Ford in Akron Oh. In the pictures of the dash above the radio it shows the 35th annv. plaque centered between the fog lite switch and the asr switch. In my ss and every other 02 camaro the 35th annv. plaque is to the far right of the fog lite switch and the asr switch. Is this a one off ss? Or did the prev owner do some custom touches? Or is that exclusive to the ss le camaros?

Pop off the radio bezel and move them wherever you want. I put mine in the middle.
