Black- 2002 SS Camaro
Can't stop driving
So after about a year where I only put 500 miles on the car I decided I would start driving it more. So far in the past two years I have gone from 134Xxx to 138946 today. Who has put more miles on their car in this time, I'm curious to see if I'm drivin more than the average ls1 owner

120,000 when I bought it (9/21/10) 131,000 now.
Its stored winters (Nov30-Apr1)and only driven weekends and to the track and has over 300 passes on her in 2 summers.
I have a V6 Bird that gets DD to work and events like the Jays games and Bills games.

That's it? My wife was putting that on her 2000 SS every month (200 miles a day). Less now that she is working closer to home but still a daily driver that sees 100 miles a week, that's still more than you are driving.
Are you saving that thing for someone else?
We bought hers with 40k miles in about 2007 and now it has about 102k miles. Her 97 Z before that we bought new, it was rearended and totalled with about 120k on the clock in 2007.
Just drive em' and enjoy em'. When the time comes, stick a new engine in it and drive some more

wow. ive owned several f-bodys, currently own 2, but it would have to be wonderful to get one brand new, to know what every mile has been driven like. even tho my z had a perfect carfax/great shape, ya just never know if someone raced it/drove hard sometimes etc. always envy those one owner cars.

Changing my spark plugs out today and installing the panhard rod relocation kit, panhard bar, lower control arms, and LCA relocation kit. I'm not going to want to stop driving it now.

I have a '00 W.S6 bought it back in Aug 2007 with 74k miles. and it currently has 100k miles exact. damn near most of them from highway driving. Wish i could have put more into her. I think i have done alright considering when i first bought it, it broke down 4 days later sat for 8 months, and have been on two deployments and then broke down again in Sep 2011 for the same issue and is still sitting . Like one of the guys said above...you just never know who drove the car before you and how they drove it....Heck found out that my trans am was stolen and hit a guard rail bahahaha Damn thing has been through some rough times. Hence why I am sitting her down for awhile to fix every little thing on her until she is all prepped. She has been a bitch over the years...but you know what? she is my bitch and I love every problem and great memory I have had with her....All the best times I have ever had driving are with my car....I will drive this thing until I am dead. I dont care if I have to put an electric motor in the car and record the sounds of ls1's until I am dead bahaha. Hence my name above my avatar....Nightmare
