    Actually those mimic the stock Z28 tips from 1993 or 4 right up to around 1998 or 99,,,,,I know the first year LS1's got these rectangular tips at least until they disappeared.

    Only difference is these appear to be a chrome or stainless copy,,,,the factory ones were painted black, but same design.

    IIRC, most (all?) 4th gen Z28's had that type exhaust tip stock. My 96 Z28 vert and my current Z both had them although they were flat black and tucked up and in much better than those depicted.

    Yes exactly,,,,but I think after the first LS1 4th gen around 98 or so they disappeared.

    Nope! My 2002 Z28 had them when it was just stock exhaust with the transverse muffler. I've still got the stock muffler and tips stashed in my shed.
