    the 5.7 hemi isnt enough for the heavy r/t...i would like to see the srt8 and those two go at it..i think it would put the challenger back in the running

    It would make them closer, but even the SRT8, if I'm not mistaken, is still a 13.2 1/4 mile car. And I can't forsee it being any better in the slalom. Like you said, it's a heavy son of a bitch.

    The camaro takes 1st, could be a little cheaper I was thinking about buy one but almost every dealer wanted 7000 over sticker there crazy

    yep.. you probably won't find one for sticker price.. They just came out, so theres gonna be a mark up on them.. maybe if you find a dealer thats just about volume and not about sales then you might find one for sticker price.

    or do the sensible thing and wait till next year..just like with the RIDICULOUS challenger srt-8 mark-ups..all that went away in a few months..and you want a second year car anywhoo!

    I'll be ready to buy in another year or two. By then you should be able to get a nice camaro for a decent price. $7000 over sticker is just ridiclous, that nonsense won't last long.
