Camaro L.e.d. 3rd Brake Light?

Does anyone know where to get a L.E.D. third brake light for a 1993 - 2002 Camaro? I'm not talking about the CHMSL on a Camaro SS spoiler, I'm mean the standard, incandescent two-bulb housing. I saw these pieces for sale on E-Bay approximately three months ago, but, despite an exhaustive search, I haven't been able to locate a L.E.D. third brake light since. Can anyone help me locate one?
