How much power are you normally pushing??
Shouldn't have done that on the dyno....I could see that happening under the load of a hard launch, but on spinning rollers?

i've been at a dyno day where the front u-joint crapped out and broke. took out the driveshaft, rear trans housing, and bent the output shaft. wasn't pretty. i dove for cover when it did, as i was right inline with the flinging parts.

I understand things can break at any time.
But to have two cars do the same thing with the same part is just odd to me.

sucks man, but it's a good bad, and here's why...

better for it to crap out on the dyno while stationary, than while out on the road gettin on it, and ending up far worse off...

    you'll get her fixed...

X2. At least you were somewhere where you could get it fixed or at least leave it safely til you could flat bed it.

    bad day? expensive day-yes

the fact that you didn't post this thread from a hospital makes it an expensive day. a bad day would have been going through the lights at the end of the race track or worst yet on the road with cars, trees and people
