Anyone know how to remove the front license frame?
There seems to be 3 rivits holding it to the frame to the stock plastic grill.
I was scared to pry it off. as not to damage the "camaro" plastic grill behind it.
Any suggestions appreciated!2002 A4 Z28: SLP LM exhaust and HSW 100whp dry shot.

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
Can't help you. While I have the front license plate frame for the 02 (still in the plastic wrapper) it was never installed.

I pried mine off as carefully as I could working each side of the rivits untill they popped out. There's a few light scratches in the plastic of the grille, but more obvious now is the 2 big holes. I need to start looking around to find something to put in there to kind of mask them. Any ideas out there?

So there are 2 big holes behind the frame/backing??
Maybe I'll try to drill them out...
I did sneak a little peak behind it, because its a little flexible...
and noticed the "Camaro" logo on the bumper. It would seem nicer than just having a black plastic license plate holder doing nothing.
Since I dont need it anymore I just want to rip it off!

I pulled mine out today. I just pulled it straight out. The previous owner used three long screws to hold the license frame on and drilled them into the bumper cover....

I unscrewed the license plate frame and pulled out the black trim piece that fills in the front of the bumper cover. It popped out.

RED 35TH ANIVERSARY PKG- 2002 CAMARO SS 35th LE
if you have a pair of snips i would cut the rivets off. What I did was take the whole grill piece out and then I work on the license plate. it was easier for me to do it that way... just my .02
