Glad it's not just me, only good thing for me is at least, from his description, this is not a cutup 69 but more of a home-built all new parts 69. Nice but I prefer a car that I can actually drive to a dedicated back-halved race car.
This is why, although I use a BBC in my 67 (454/TH400/4.10 12 bolt with consequent terrible gas milesage) I have a car I could "drive to work" if I so chose.
