Air vents not working

my defroster works, and the floor vents work but the 6 face level vents wont blow any air, ac or vent

sometimes they kick open when i have the switch on the right setting, but recently just the floor ones open up when its on the (face level vents ) only setting.

When i'm running the AC the floor vents arent cutting it, i need to get the face level ones working, like i said, the floor ones are stuck open, and the face level are stuck shut, i have no idea why

any help greatly appreciated.

is a small ( about 1/16") vac line on rear of intake ( a little to pass side ) which will switch ac from one point to another ( it can be reached with intake in place if you have small hands)
but could be several other problems try this first

all the dealers around here want me to buy 5 of them, i know they can sell me one but they dont want to stock the remaining 4, fucking asswipes

i just have to wait till tomorrow and i'll call pontiac, and get one from them hopefully
