440 RWHP / 410 TQ- 2000 SLP CAMARO SS
My Volant did not need any cutting to be installed! Mine also does hold the radiator up and sits flat on the support. This guy is an idiot! He obviously does not know how to install an easy CAI, it took me about 20 minutes to install. I would not go by this retards video.

dual filter Volant
I just don't understand. Volant is telling me that the "Dual filter Volant Part# 15958C3" won't fit into a 2002 Chevy Camaro SS. Did you do any modification to the dual air filter box housing? Please let me know whutz up!!
Thanks, Jorge

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
The Volant air box only really works well if it has cold air flowing into it such as an SS or other cold air hood.
I had a single element Volant (made for a Camaro) with a flat hood. Switched to an MTI lid and stock filter and picked a couple of tenths and 2 mph.
I'm sure the Volant works if it has access to cold air. For me buying a different lid was cheaper then buying (and painting) a new hood.

Found this. Never seen it before. I guess this is Volant's newest creation. I still like the dual-cone design better tho.
