advice on what air dam to get on my Z28
Hey guys. I bought my used 1999 camaro z28 a couple months ago. It came with the stock body kit. However, the front part, or air dam, was taken off for some reason. The rest of it remains. I want to get the missing front pieces but i can't find them.... and the dealership wants $800 bucks for them... I've looked around and the best match i could find was the Xenon air dam for $180. That's not the same thing right? Would it match with the rest of my body kit? Or where could i find the missin pieces?

the xenon does look alot like the factory front gfx. Are you missing the whole bumper cover? the xenon replaces the whole thing it isn't just stick on gfx.

Yeah, the whole bumper is still there. I guess the gfx?.. is missing. I can see the holes under the bumper where it must have been bolted on. Do you know where i could find the missing pieces or do u think i should go with the whole new bumper?

ebay and local junkyards are your best options, unless you think you like the look of the xenon front better, then ebay is your best option. Look at my profile if you want to see another shot of the xenon front. If you get the factory pieces you won't have to pay as much for paint. . .

Thanks for the advice, I'll be looking in a junkyard next week... But i have to admit i really like the way your Xenon looks. I guess i never saw the whole thing before. So I'll probably look into installing that. Your camaro looks sick by the way. I'll post up a pic of my z after i make some installations. Thanks again.
