Stock LS1 will run 13.5 with a new exhaust system, I just don't care much for GT's. 4.0L V6 and a 4.6L V8... wtf there's supposed to be a difference between a V8 and V6 that's why the GT's have such a hollow sound. Chevy just makes motors with the best power per cubic inch.

    99 z28

    i had an o2 gt! put down 235hp with flomo catback and k/n. 5sp. it ran 14.1 in the 1/4.
    now i have a 99 z vert with chopped exhaust and a k/n. ran 13.8 in the 1/4 in the middle of summer after driving 1 hour to the track.
    raced a guy the other might in a gt with headers and custom exhaust with 410 gears and intake. he still couldnt keep up with my heavy auto z vert. pretty sad for the ford boys to me.
