if he lost it, and you decide to buy it, take him with you to the dmv and get the paperwork done.
whats the selling price?

thats a great price..
other thing you can do is find out whats the history of the car... not stolen or anything.

do that,,and if everything is good dont let it go man,
price is too low plus no tittle so thats kinda suspicious.

Well you can't legally drive the car without a title, plus it could be reported stolen or possibly salvaged... So I say, no title no sale. Protect yourself before jumping at any offers.

well this is what he told me about the title. "i bought it off of my buddies brother... he wasnt making the payments to the bank and when they came to repo it they said it wasnt worth the money of the loan and basically shredded the title"

I'd avoid it. Banks use a third party to repo cars. They repo first, then determine value. Sounds like a load of b.s..

alright, it did sound a little funny but i didnt know how the repo operation works. it's a good deal but its not worth the risk.

thats a lie... let it go.. its probably stolen,
a repo company will take the car in any condition.. they are not the bank to say if its worth it or not.
