    8K in a 99 SS ?? (heads cam 12 bolt)

    Should I spend 5k on heads and cam AND 3K on a new 12 bolt on a 99SS M6 These car are deprecating fast. Car is like new only 34000 miles (see mods)
    8 k on a car that has a street value of ? 12k I will never get the return back.
    Also car runs good now I do not want to #%&* it up.

    Go for a cam and tune and see how you like it. If your easy on starts and slip the clutch the 10 bolt will be fine. Heads would be nice but you can still make good power out of just a cam. Then you wouldnt have to worry about those pesky SRT4's. For some reason Im obsessed with never letting one of those beat me again.

    If your looking to keep the car then I'd go with all the mods you listed. You pretty much kill the resell value the minute you do anything aftermarket to it anyways, so your value is already much lower just based on the pre-excisting mods you have. Noone ever gets back out of a car what they put into it, so might as well do it and have fun with the car.

    Stock the kelly blue book is only 10k last time I looked.
    I still have all the stock stuff to change back.
