    2002 SS Auburn rear end

    How can I tell if my SS has the auburn rear end. My slp sticker is missing.

    you may be able to go to a GM dealer and see if they can look up via VIN #

    auburn

    Auburns were an option in 2002 by SLP so the vin wont be the give away. I have read they are junkie rear ends, wonder why SLP thought they were so good.

    If I remember right, the yellow springs in the differential give it away as an Auburn.
