I don't see how that can be true. Probably just a typo on the part of the 2000 model info.

    x2.

Mine weighs about 3375 with close to 100 lbs of added weight if not more such as SFC's, Torque arm, 9 inch, and heavy ass 17x11 ZR1's and 315 tires. And its a 2000. Never weighed it when it was stock with the 16's on it but the closest thing I have to stock weight was when I had the sfc's and ZR1's and both kids and myself in the car it weighed 3606. Someone just has numbers switched up a little somewhere.

i'm sure if you weighed it with an empy tank v.s. full tank of gas, you'll get close to that 100 lbs difference.

I would think the 2000+ would be heavier than the 1998-99 due to the cast exhaust manifolds...

mine is a 2001 and with me a friend, both about 200 lbs, a full tank of gas and a trunk load of stuff in the rain weighed 3800 lbs so if you take all of the stuff out and with an almost empty tank and I think that it would be pretty close to 3300 but I will have to weigh it again sometime with nothing but me in it.
