    160 thermo

Ive noticed on my gauge cluster, my temp gauge starts at 160 dergrees. Now i've noticed some other Z28's show 160 on there temp gauge but ive also seen SS's that start at 100. my v6 camaro also starts at 100, is there a reason for the variety of gauges?

Depends on the year... Most of the coolant temp gauges are "dummy" gauges anyway. They just show the 180 or so when it's up to temp and what not.
