    1/4 mile question!!??!?!?!?!

i have a 99 m6 SS. it has a mti lid, smooth bellow, SLP loudmouth 2 cat-back, and just installed 4:10s. dyno numbers are 325rwhp 338rwtq. what do you guys think i should run in the 1/4? on street tires? and then with drag radials?? just kind of curious because i havent had a chance to get to the track since i bought it because im in ohio and i bought the car in december and started modding it.

Im guessing 12.9-12.7. It all depends on the launch.

dude i hit 13.2.. with just the slp cold air kit and mass.. on streets.. plus i'm rolling on 18's.. that another 1/10 of sec.. so u should be low 13's.. maybe high 12's if you can get a good lauch and a good 60ft..

With decent bite on streets, about high twelves. With drag radials, mid 12's . If its a 6-speed & you can launch & you power shift, maybe even a little better. With an all stock otherwise vehicle, the 10-bolt is good for about 12 all out hole shots at around 5000 rpm launch with slicks. Clutch, about 20 all out power shifts at red line. Back to back ! Thats the only reason I went with the auto. Easy on the driveline & much much more consistant, but not as much fun. Good luck !
