on my 01 SS M6 i ran a 13.5 best at LACR when it was open. It had just a lid and flowmaster muffler with the 3.42's. After installing 555r's and 4.10's i couldnt get better then 13.6. I was told its a solid 13 flat run when i had the 3.42's and stock tires, since the elevation was 2700. I forgot to mention best 60 was 2.3

I have Nitto 555r's. For power adders I have a lid, LT's and exhaust with no cats. I also have some suspension mods and am running a 9" with 4.11 gears. The car was tuned and put down 330/342 on a Mustang Dyno.

I am hoping to get into the 12's this year by working on my launch and relocating my LCA's to the bottom hole in the relocation brackets. Right now they are in the middle hole.

nice im sure u wont have much problem getting into the 12s did u blow the rear end and decide to go with the 9"? or did u just do it knowing it would go? and the 411s
arent too much work shifting? it seems like it would be a handful down the track

    I am ashamed....lol

Granted this was in my GTO but with a bone stok 04 M6 I ran a 14.99 at 99mph...lol I had 33 psi COLD air pressure and I just drove 3 hours so the car was warm and probably had more like 35-36 psi in the tires! Sad thing was I cut a 1.905 0-60 ft but when I hit 2nd gear I almost kicked sideways and by the time I got back in the throttle I was screwed! The wheel hop and spinning in 2nd gear killed me. My friend ran 13.4@105 with his stock 04 auto GTO at the same track in similar conditions.

Best time stock other than springs, shocks, sways was a 13.3X at 106mph. Tires also werent stock, god i wish i could remember what they were, nothing special, just a nice set of summer performance tires. Oh and the track in my area is at about 700ft above sea level

I my best is 13.70 at 108mph. I have only been to the track in my car 3 times and that was my second time out. I have a consistent 13.7x at 107/108 mph most of the time. My tires were BALD though, and this is the first car i have taken down the track

And my only mods are corsa exhaust, smooth bellow and a lid. I also dont remember my 60 ft (besides they were all BAD) but will try to check when i get home. My girlfriend has the slips somewhere lol.

You're supposed to race down the mountain! Need to put some oxygen under the hood that high up. Have you ever ran at a lower elevation track?

    Haven't had the chance.
Honestly, for a while there....I was looking at selling the car.
Hoping to set aside some $$ for a trip to Texas in March of next year. Time will tell though.

Don't sell - trade me for mine lol. It would be interesting to see how it runs at a lower track. Picking up over a sec. would be pretty cool - even if you could only do it once and then get kicked outta the track (I dunno if you have all the safety stuff or not). Still would be a good reason to get kicked out IMO.
