02 Z28 Tire Load Index Sticker
When my car was imported into Canada, they stuck the import registry sticker on top of the tire load index sticker. I know what the stock tire sizes were and the recommended tire pressure, but I'm trying to determine what the original tire load index rating was. Tires were P245/50ZR16 pressure at 30psi. The reason for me asking is that I went with low profile 18" tires and I'm trying to match the tire pressure at load of the new ones to match the load of the old ones. If anyone has a sticker they could look at or even upload a pic of the sticker it would be greatly appreciated.

Silver & Blue- 02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO
I always go with 32psi cold which will give you 35 to 36 hot.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

I never worried much about load rating. Start with the recommended pressure and then keep an eye on how the tires are wearing. Adjust the pressure up or down as needed to keep the wear uniform across the face of the tread.

Thank you all, but I just happened to spot an 02 yesterday in a parking lot. I found the owner and he let me take a pic of his sticker. I have what I need now.

Here's why I was asking;
Stock tires on am 02 Z28 are P245/50 r16. These tires have a load index of 1609lbs at 51psi, cold pressure of 30psi.
I currently have P245/40 R18 8.5" load index of 1433lbs @ 51psi front, and P275/35 R18 9.5" load index of 1521lbs @ 51psi rear. Since my tires have a lower load index than stock, they require a higher air pressure. Also, my fronts have a lower load index than my rears so I need more air in the front.
02 Camaro GVWR is 4199lbs. Divided that by 4, means each tire supports 1050lbs. Take that amount; 1050 divided by front load rating 1050/1433 = 73.3% of max load. Take 73.3% of max pressure (51psi) gives me a front *operating* pressure of 37psi. Same formula for rear 1050/1521 =69% of max load. 69% of 51 is a rear *operating* pressure of 35psi. PSI will rise by about 3 during normal operating, so my cold pressures should be 34 front 32 rear.
If you use the same formula for stock tires, you get an operating psi of 33, and a cold pressure of 30. And 30psi is what is printed on the sticker......
