02 Z28
I found a silver 02' Z28 6 speed with the rs package, cloth and 46k seems to be bone stock..what would you guys pay for this? Ive been looking for a silver ws6 M6 but would rather pay less for this b/c its a dd. And is it easy to take off the rs package including the additional spoiler? I really want a 6 speed though my auto is boring me lol thanks for any help

why take off the rs package. gives it a sleeper look. I mean who would put rs stuff on a z28. take off the emblems and tear up some mustangs. lol

Black- 02 Z28
hello, I just bought a Black Z, M6 with beautuful black leather. It did have 80k on the odometer, but I got it for a steal $10,990. It was at a Nissan dealer about 150 miles from my home. All I can say is check the net daily, and check all the sites available. I found my Z by typing: "2002 camaro for sale" into the google search box.
-hope this info has helped you out (maybe you can offer the seller less if you're in Cali).

Black- 02 Z28
BTW-my '02 Z is black w/the RS ground effects, and the "Z28" is black (very hard to see). I wonder if the "sleeper" was a factory option... I have already chewed up a new mustang GT, and had fun with an auto T/A.
Food for thought

Its called the sport appearance package, only 10% of Z/28's have it. If you don't want it I'll give you 250 for it. I paid 1300 as a option new in May 2002. If you ever lose a peice of it good luck finding a replacement. Almost impossoble to locate

"sport appearance package"- cool. I freakin' love my Z!
I can't wait to start toying with it, as soon as I register my truck I'm gonna pull her motor and haul it down to the machine shop for a bore and new bearings. I gotta few grand to devote...

ya... i like the RS package too. Kinda looks lowered without the suspension work...

I like my z28 with the stock ground fx, always looks lower than non lowered cars. Removing it leaves holes etc, so isn't easily removed like the side molding.

I have a black z28 so the black z28 emblems don't stand out so well. It gets annoying when every punk kid in their riced out Ford Probe with a "beener wing" wants to race. Sometimes you just want to get where you're going.
A z28 with all the RS stuff and z28 emblems removed would suck. You'd look just like a 6 cylinder. You know all the ricers cruise the street looking for v6 Camaros.

But actually no shit cool car. If I was you I'd leave the RS stuff alone. I'm sure the RS/z28's were fairly rare.
