I'm looking to get rid of my console because I rarely have time to play anymore. I just got it in September and it is modded to play burnt games. HOWEVER, it did get banned from online play right after my xbox live sub. ran out Nov 1st. The manufacuture date is June 2009 on the back, so proof that its new.

I'm pretty sure it was jus your acc that got banned but i could be wrong . I've heard of people gettin banned for 3 weeks but not for life goodluck with the sale tho price is pretty reasonable for all that extra stuff.
