you could go with either 27.5 or the 28.5 (10 street shoe is both of them depending... going smaller is better bc a boot can always be streached (i would say go with the xwave 10's in the 27.5)

ballpark for price would be 300 give or take (im willing to work with you... and id work out shipping to be included in the price
