Looking to experiment with these for a turbo buick LC2 engine. I would like to find some low mileage pull-outs cheap..... preferrably with retainers and locks.....

I'm trying to find out if they will actually work.... I have had an offer for some LS6 yellow springs.... which supposedly are a slight upgrade... but still unsure if it is enough to keep my valves from floating. The turbo buick valvetrain is evidentally heavier... and requires more spring pressure to prevent valve float.... however I am talking sub 6000 RPM for sure..... probably 5500 RPM or so....

Hollar at me when you get back in town.

okay, I'm back in town now, I'm not sure how they will work for what you are attempting so rather than say and get it wrong, I am simply going to not state wether they will or will not work..

    Thanks guys.

I found someone that had bought a set of the aftermarket Comp 918 beehives with retainers and locks for a TurboBuick hydraulic roller conversion... and ended up buying a different cam that wouldn't work with this setup. I ended up getting the brand new springs/retainers/locks for $66 to my door. Hopefully I can make this work.
