    Number 5 is the pivot bolts (#11609989). It doesn't show the sleeves (not sure if you need them)

    i just looked it up and it comes in a pack of 4, number 5 is the 1 with the torq head right if so the sleeve is like built onto the bolt

    That's my guess, that the plastic sleeve comes with the bolts
