you would be better off with a mail order tune from frost.

+1 I have a Hyperpac that came with our car. Although it is useful for monitoring engine sensors and making minor changes, such as re-setting the fan temps when I installed my 180 degree thermostat, it does not offer much by way of actual tuning. I'll be shipping our PCM to Frost over the winter to let him work his magic.

I had thought of that but was wondering how it would work if I didint want any programing down time as this car is my dd and dont want it town for a week till the tuned comp gets here. What about future upgrades??? Headers, cam and maybe nos or ported heads??? Does Frost offer retunes for less money or is it 125 again each time??? I had a diablo on my 01 lightning and 03 cobra and could tune pretty good with it and it allowed fuel trims to be tweaked and timing to be advanced or retarted plus all the other stuff. I used a wideband to get it where I wanted the fuel to be. When nos was added I just pulled wot timing as needed. Cant really do that with a mail order tune.

You can shoot Frost a PM and see what he says.

With the mods you are talking about, you should probably purchase HP Tuners as this will allow you to tune what you are comfortable with. You can then also have your car tuned remotely. My understanding is that a tuning file can be e-mailed and then uploaded to your vehicle. In turn, you can data log the car so your tuner can see what is actually happening to pinpoint any issues during the tuning process. You'll spend a bit more on HP Tuners, but the benefits are far greater: http://www.hptuners.com/
