All lsx series heads are aluminum.

Actually some trucks had the cast iron heads. They do exist but are hard to find. I think the only years were 1999 and 2000.

Why would you want cast iron heads anyway?

The cast iron heads came on the 99-01 6.0 trucks. They're a 317 casting just iron
