    SLP 85mm MAF

SLP 85mm MAF - used. Worked great, then I got greedy and de-screened it. Started throwing lean codes, so I pulled it out. Some have this trouble, some don't. I paid $195.65 new from SLP, I will sell it for $100.00 shipped to U.S.

Comes with screen, clamps and adapter hoses.

This mass air flow (MAF) sensor was designed for stock or modified engines. The lightweight (1lb less than stock) composite MAF has a 13% larger inside diameter than stock (85mm vs. 75mm) and will add up to 10 additional horsepower. This unit will flow 90 CFM more than stock (895 vs. 805). With the screen removed (not recommended for street use) it will flow over 1000 CFM! The SLP MAF flows enough air for engines up to 600 HP!

I know alot of guys run them descreened, SLP even advertises that. I didn't have luck with that though. I have been told a tune will change that, but I don't know.

I guess it will make a cool paperweight on my desk....

I will go $80 plus shipping. I would guess it will be around 6-8 dollars for shipping. It is a small, light box.

Here is from SLP's site. I don't know what the difference is, but it shows to be for a 2001-2002.
