Parting out 2000 Formula w/ram air hood

I was recently in a reck in which the frame is bent and couldn't re-attach the axle. I now need to get rid of it and am willing to part it out or sell everything for $5000 OBO. Everything is in running condition. All interior parts are available and engine compartment. I am looking to sell the major components ie, engine and transmission together. I have pictures if you want. I do not have the drivers side door and the rear axle was damaged in the accident as well. Buyer is to pay all shipping fees or will arrange for local pick-up.
