Anybody using these on a Z28 (mine's a '99)? If so, what size tires are you using and are there any clearance issues?

I have the factory chrome 16's, and I'm considering something else prior to tire buying time.

    Thanks.

I'm sure you'll get some replies to your question and here's what I know. These are a direct fit for a '99 Z no modifications. Suggest 245/45/17 front tires and 275/40/18 rears.......

Thanks. I've heard many talk about 275's on the rear fitting without modification/spacing but I haven't actually done it myself.

If anybody has a pic of an f-body with these wheels, it would be great to see!!!

Thanks, that's a great start for how it would look. Anybody have pics from the rear/front?

I'm seriously considering 275's in the rear, but that won't happen with 16's. Later on, the mods will require as much rubber as possible. Right now, the 245's are easy to spin...too easy. I want it to hook, not just smoke 'em.

I'll be considering your wheels. I'm gonna see if I can get two more caps locally at a decent price. BTW- do the caps have the 'vette emblem or not? I'd prefer to find a full set that did not - if they are made.

    Here's my car:

Thanks. I've got to have it re-painted and there is three grand, plus I'm going to change the suspension over to Bilstein here soon. That's why I'm hesitant about the wheels. I don't want to put the cart in front of the Ox!!!
But the 'Vette wheels are exactly what I want.

If I can buy them, I'll let you know, but I bet you'll sell them very soon, which is life!

Good luck and thanks for the info.

Gotta tellya that these wider spokes are a whole lot less time consuming to clean blackls1ta ! I've had the Z06 wheels and love the look, just got tired of getting between all the spokes.........

Jad in regards to your question about 275's. Yes they do fit but it is a very tight fit without any kind of spacing. I currently have 275's on my TA. When I bought it the previous set had worn on the inside from hitting the wheel wells. But as I said they will fit.
