meh i dont htink the ls6 blocks are much different from the ls1's... if it had the ls6 heads on it... then we'd be talking...

Thanks for posting. Needed to find a block asap due to piston ring trouble found in my 99 LS1 engine on Saturday. It is a good price because of not needing to pay a core charge & because it's basically brand new & assembled with the proper checks (had discussions w/ the seller). Should have everything together in a couple of weeks. Will let you know how it works out & thanks again for posting.
