Silver & Blue- 02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO
Koni DA's for 1993 - 2002 Camaro Firebird Trans Am Friehawk
For sale is a pair of brand new front Koni DA's still in the box and ready to install. I went a different direction and need to sell these shocks. These are not the ebay yellow Koni sport shocks, these are the real 1LE DA's (Dual Adjustable) units. The adjust for compression and rebound. The numbers are: Koni #8242 1005-SP1 and GM #22140240. When you compare prices online please remember thar most Koni dealers sell shocks and struts by the piece NOT by the pair. Tire Rack, Summit Racing and Jegs sell these shocks for 469.00 EACH. They retail for 529.00 EACH and the best price I have found was 339.00 EACH by a dealer liquidating his inventory. Mine are priced at 275.00 EACH or 550.00 for the pair. I will listen to offers as I do not need these anymore and I could use the money. Koni Shocks and Struts have a lifetime warranty, If they ever fail just send them back and they will either rebuild them or give you a new unit. For LIFE. My loss is your gain. Call or email me at 973-271-4241 or jkkkiely@earthlink.net Keith

Honestly do not know the answer to this question... but I presume these work with both stock springs or aftermarket lowering springs?
Method of payment -- do you have a Paypal account?

I set shipping at 35.00 and these shocks will work with any springs. DA's allow you to have a different set of shocks whenever you want. Just the click of a dial and you have different shocks and you can always go back to normal. They have a lifetime warranty so you never need to buy a new set and they will increase you vehicle value. As far as street shocks go Koni DA's are at the top of the list. Set them for road racing and when you are done set them back again. Call me with any questions. 585.00 shipped is like buying one shock at retail and getting one free.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

Furious1 has dibs as he inquired first. If he does not want them, consider them sold and shoot me a PM. We are leaving tomorrow afternoon to go racing and will not be home until Sunday evening. While I have site access during the weekend, it is through my telephone. I'd rather do the PayPal stuff from my home computer. Thanks, Keith.

I insist on proper etiquette... let him have tonight to check this thread and make a decision. He didn't post until 10:30 last night. Also, I would delete your contact info and limit that to PM's between us. This is the intrawebs and there are lots of asshats out there.

Will do. We had a blast at the track -- ended up with 6 cars total from our group of friends. You can see the pics in this thread: http://www.ls1.com/forums/f25/beaver...beaver-168428/

Everything looks good! The shocks were well padded, instructions in the bottom of the box, and the washers and nuts for the top mounts were in a baggie.

Enjoy. Let me know when you get hem on. It may take a little trial and error before you get the right setting but once you do you will fall in love with them.

I was going to look on line for a recommendation on initial settings for both the street and track.

Red- 02 35th LE Camaro SS
I have my rears set at full soft and my fronts set at 2-3 sweeps from full soft. Haven't played around with them much since installed.
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.
