I think shipping will be around 8 bucks. The filter just weighs under 2 pounds but im not sure about the recharge kit. If you can find it cheaper let me know.

Filter has been used for about 10000 miles and has a million mile warranty. Basically when you clean it, it is brand new again. Yes it is still available.
